• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to c baj immediately.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.

C baj supports transactions in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted on weekends will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.
• C baj may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• C baj does not charge transaction fees, though fees from payment providers may apply.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Before placing a bet on c baj, make sure you fully understand the rules of the relevant sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless c baj cancels it for its own reasons.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. Any bets confirmed after an odds change will be settled at the updated odds.

• If a match is abandoned mid-way, c baj will settle all bets in accordance with sports betting rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, c baj reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Single, accumulator, and system bets are all governed by the applicable rules.
• Maximum winnings may vary depending on the market.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, c baj's decision is final.

Rollover conditions must be met within a specified period after receiving a bonus. If not fulfilled in time, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Winnings from bonuses also cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is complete.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to use the c baj platform for illegal money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Identity Fraud: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Automation: Using bots or scripts to place automated bets.

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by emailing the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

C baj may suspend or close an account in the following cases: breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the user's own request.
